Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your product. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way may not be eligible for a return.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

– Exchanges are only processed once we receive the original item in its original condition.

5. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) within 7 business days. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or bKash.
Processing Time: Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
